Scholarship
International full fee-paying students commencing a Foundation Year, UniLink Diploma, or the Postgraduate Qualifying Program (PQP), commencing in 2026 may be entitled to a 20% tuition fee discount subject to the below eligibility criteria.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship, students would be required to meet one of the following criteria:
- an academic result of at least 65 per cent WAM in Australian Year 11 or equivalent qualification for Foundation ,
- an academic result of at least 63 per cent WAM in Australian Year 12 or equivalent qualification for Unilink Diploma,
- an academic result of at least 60 per cent GPA Australian standard equivalent for the PQP.
How it works
The scholarship will apply at the individual program level. For example, a student enrolling in a packaged Foundation + UniLink Diploma meeting eligibility requirements, will receive 20% off tuition for the Foundation program, and an additional 20% off for the UniLink Diploma.
Students progressing from Swinburne College to a Swinburne University degree may also receive the same scholarship awarded to direct-entry students if they meet University eligibility requirements. For example, if a student articulates from a UniLink Diploma to a bachelor's degree and the university is offering a 20% scholarship for new degree students, the articulating student will automatically receive the same 20% tuition discount for Years 2 and 3 of their degree if they meet the University's scholarship eligibility requirements.
